  2. 1 tsp Salt-

  4. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds-
  5. 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds-
  6. 1 pinch Soda-
  7. 5 Black pepper-
  8. 4 Green chilli-
  9. 2 Cloves-
  10. 3 tbsp Peanut oil- (optional)
  11. 1/2 tsp Carom seeds-
  12. as needed Coriander leaves (optional)

Steps to make Rice balls

  1. Grind green chilli, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds, garlic cloves, black pepper and cloves..
  2. Boil 2 bowl water in a pan and add grinded paste.
    Let it boil.
  3. After a boil add soda and salt,mix it well.
  4. Add rice flour and mix it very well.
  5. Add one more bowl water if needed.
    Cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes.
    Stir it in regular interval otherwise it well stick to pan and burn
  6. After 15 minutes it's ready, add chopped coriander leaves and serve it with peanut oil.
    For serving we can make small balls and sprinkle chat masala.
