- Cover and let it rest for 2 hours until dough becomes double in size.
- Now roll the dough on counter top and roll it rectangular.

- Now stack all the parts and again cut in 7-8 sections and put it in the baking pan.



- Now cover and and again let it rest for 30-35 minutes.

- Garnish with raisins and almonds. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until done.
