- 5 to 6 large leaves Cabbage
- 2 to 3 stalks Green onion
- 3 slice Ham
- 100 grams ◎ Cake flour

- 1 tsp each ◆ Soy sauce, sugar, dashi stock granules
- 1 dash ◆ Salt
- 160 to 200 ml Water

- Preparation: Coarsely chop the cabbage, and cut the green onion into thin rounds. Cut up the ham into 1 to 2 cm cubes. Beat the egg.

- When there are no lumps left in the batter, add the cabbage, green onion and ham and mix well.

- I only use 1 egg to cut down on calories, but it's very nice with 3 eggs too. If you use 2 eggs you need a bit less water.
