- Squeeze out all of the oil from tuna and in a separate plate with 1 ½ cups of cooked rice, add dry tuna and chopped tarragon leaves.

- Season with salt and pepper. Mix well together and set aside.


- In another plate mix rice with chopped dill, spring onions, chilli flakes, salt and turmeric.



- Now, wet your hand and shape small portions of rice into balls.
