  2. Cook rehydrated Yuba in slightly salted water for 5 to 10 minutes, then drain. Squeeze to remove excess water.

  4. Heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook Carrots for a few minutes. Add 1 pinch Salt and Chilli Flakes (if you like this dish spicy), stir, and remove from the heat while they are still crunchy.
  5. Combine Carrot, ‘Yuba’ and ‘Goma-ae’ Sauce.
