  3. Half red pepper

  8. Goma-ae sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  10. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon mirin

  1. Boil the egg. I cracked the bottom of the egg following this tip so it’s easier to peel it!

  3. Thinly slice the avocado, cucumber, carrot, and peppers
  4. For the sauce, grind the toasted sesame seeds and mix with mirin, sugar, soy sauce and gochujang
