  2. 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoon Mirin
  4. 1 tablespoon Sugar
  5. Ginger 1 teaspoon grated

  7. Salt (small amount)
  8. Mayo small amount(optional)
  9. Cabbage 1/6 of the whole
  10. Green onions small amount(garnish, optional)

  2. On a plate or cutting board, salt sliced pork lightly and coat it with flour.
  3. Grate some ginger.
  4. In a frying pan, cook the pork in medium heat.
  5. When the pork is 80% cooked, add sugar, mirin and soy sauce and caramelize it. Add ginger too.
  6. On a plate of sliced cabbages, set along the pork. Done!!
